How to apply/execute logon script locally for a single local user in Windows?

Simply, Go to the start-up folder of the specified user and past your created script file there. Once the specified user will login, the script will be executed.

Go to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup  and past your scripted file here that you want to be executed at start-up.
